Second generation characteristics and leverage ratio of family business

چکیده
In the context of wave intergenerational inheritance, this paper studies influence characteristics second generation on leverage ratio family firms based sample that realized inheritance between 2008 and 2021. It is found with economic management background more inclined to equity financing, lower ratio. The overseas study has a stronger preference for financing in external financing; education level no significant business. great significance train successors enterprises construct reasonable capital structure.
